Born in Colombia and adopted at a young age, I’ve channeled my life journey into a passion for mentorship, discipline, and athletic excellence. I'm a dedicated personal trainer and accomplished wrestling coach with over a decade of experience developing athletes both on and off the mat.
Currently, I serve as the head wrestling coach at Ashtabula Lakeside High School, where I lead the program with a focus on technical development, mental toughness, and long-term athletic growth. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to coach multiple state placers and qualifiers, earning a reputation for competitive success and transformative leadership.
Outside of high school athletics, I’m proud to serve as the Vice President of the North Coast Youth Wrestling Association, where I help grow the sport and support young athletes throughout the region.
As a personal trainer, I’ve been working with the Functional Patterns methodology for the past year. This biomechanical and holistic approach to movement emphasizes posture, gait, and functional performance. I integrate these principles into my clients’ training to improve mobility, reduce injury risk, and enhance overall athletic ability.
I chose to work with Cleveland Biomechanics because of their training philosophy and their mission to revitalize and rejuvenate the health and wellness of our region. My goal here is to help as many young athletes and teams as possible reach their goals. I envision Cleveland Biomechanics becoming the top destination for young athletes and local teams seeking performance-driven training, injury prevention, and long-term development.
When I’m not coaching or training, you can find me running or actively competing in wrestling. I also love spending time in nature it’s where I recharge and find balance in my busy lifestyle.
My career reflects a deep commitment to athletic performance, personal growth, and community leadership. I truly believe that discipline, resilience, and purpose-driven coaching are the foundations of long-term success.
